We employ what we feel is a fantastic and settled team of highly skilled people that demonstrate a very conscientious attitude to their work, in fact, conscientiousness together with skill are the key selection criteria for our workforce.

In the workshop we have 1 workshop foreman, 2 painters, 4 strip-fitters, 2 panel beaters as well as 1 workshop cleaner. Furthermore there is 1 estimator, who also goes out to do mobile estimates on customer sites and 4 drivers to pick-up re-delivery customer vehicles and courtesy cars.

This team is headed by the Managing Director Paul Arnold and his wife Tina, who is Company Secretary/ Director and takes care of office and administration related issues of the business, whereas Paul is mostly involved in the general running and timekeeping of the workshop and customer relation issues and is as such always the first contact for the customer as well as work providers.
