We believe service starts and ends at the highest level and nobody can do service and customer care better than the ‘top man’ in the business, that is why here at Grays Bodyshop the MD is the first contact for customers and works suppliers alike. With us you won't be 'fobbed off’ with someone that does not care, as we let you speak with a highly competent person straight away, without being handed on from one person to another.

We also believe in explaining to the customer what exactly we are doing and how we are actually carrying out the repairs to his vehicle and we invite people down to the workshop to have a look while the repairs are being carried out , which some people enjoy doing. With us you can be sure your vehicle is in good hands and well cared for. After all, we must never forget that a car is a fairly heavy investment for people in most of the cases!

For our contract customers we employ drivers that pick-up vehicles from customers and re-deliver them after the repairs, as well as deliver the courtesy car to them, as it is nowadays often expected by insurance companies and Accident Management Companies.
